SHIPPING
We ship to all 50 states.
Our site does NOT process orders shipping to US territories, international addresses, or P.O. boxes.
Please note: We ship our items FedEx and do not ship to an APO, AE or addresses outside the U.S.
We are not able to ship to Canada at this time
We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States.
Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is $14.99.
Most orders are shipped via FedEx Ground from our warehouse in Washington State. You should receive your order within 10 business days following your order confirmation. We do not offer weekend deliveries. If you have a rural zip code, please allow up to an additional two days.
RETURNS
The time between the placement of your order and shipment is very limited therefore, you may not be able to cancel. Please contact our customer service team to cancel your order. If it has not shipped, we will cancel the order. If it has shipped you will have to return the items for a refund.
Refunds will be issued for unused bags with tags within 30 days of the delivery date.

WARRANTY
Hedgren provides a two-year warranty (5 years for hard-shell luggage) against material and manufacturing defects, which is valid from the date of purchase. If you find such a defect within the warranty period, please contact our customer service. We will need a photo of your item as well as the damage. Hedgren will repair or replace the product at its own discretion and free of charge. But don’t forget: for your warranty claim to be valid, you must be able to show a proof of purchase.
Important: the warranty is limited to the purchase price of the product. So, it does not cover damage caused by any of the following: incorrect use, negligence, carelessness, scratches, tearing, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acid or water, normal wear, damage by normal use or transportation damage (at airline companies for example).
CLEANING
Check out the following instructions, in case of emergency only.* Wipe off dirt with a soft and dry cloth first. Clean the fabric with a slightly wet cloth. Do not bleach. Do not soak in water. Do not use any chemical cleaners to care for the product. Hang in a shady place to dry. Avoid moistening the decorative parts when cleaning. Please check the product details of your particular bag for more customised care instructions. * Emergencies may include, but are not limited to: coffee spills, luggage conveyor belt dust, cosmetics leaks, globetrotting wear-and-tear.
TSA LOCKS
The original number is 0-0-0. To set your personal combination, follow these steps:
- Put the dials in the position of the current combination: 0-0-0.
- Press down the reset button with a pen until you hear the 'click' sound.
- Turn the dials to set your code, for example: 8-8-8.
- Once you slide the lock is set. You hear the 'click' sound again.Your personal code is now set.
Note it down in a safe place in case you forget it. Hedgren does not have a special code that will open the lock if you forget the combo.
If you wish to change the combination, repeat steps 1-4.
There is no key included with this lock, only custom authorities have the approved key.
