Hedgren provides a two-year warranty (5 year for hard-shell luggage) from original date of purchase and to the original purchaser against material and manufacturing defects.  This warranty does not cover damages that result from incorrect use, accident, misuse or abuse (including damage caused by airlines or other carriers), normal wear, or product that has been previously modified.

If you have a warranty issue, please contact our customer service department at: customerserviceusa@hedgren.com or call (866) 913-6699.  We typically request visual proof of the defects and information regarding purchase date, place and price.  If the defect is covered, we will replace your product.  If the product is no longer in stock, we will replace it with a similar item.  In the case of luggage, we may repair your luggage to its original condition.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may have other rights, which vary from state to state.
