Returns & Exchanges

We want you to enjoy your new item(s). If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer refunds on unused merchandise with original packaging. You have 45 days to send it back to us and we’ll refund you for the purchase price. (Original shipping charges will not be refunded) Hedgren reserves the right to approve all returns, and maintains the right to refuse returns if they do not comply with this policy.

START RETURN

Follow these steps to make a return:

    1. Click the button above. Enter your order number and shipping zip code and hit start.
    2. Select the item you would like to return as well as the reason you are returning it. Then hit the return item button in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen.
      If you have more than one item on your order, you will be taken back to the screen that shows the items in your order. Select any additional items you would like to return as well as the reason you are returning.
    3. Once you have selected all of the items you would like to return, hit the continue with return button at the bottom of the page.
    4. Review the details of your return then hit submit.
    5. Once you hit submit the page will refresh and links to download your packing slip and return label will appear.
    6. Securely repack your merchandise with original packaging.
    7. Enclose the packing slip to ensure proper credit.
    8. Attach your return label to the package.
    9. Drop the package off at your nearest USPS location.

We’ll issue your refund, gift card, or ship your exchange once we receive your return.
