Returns & Exchanges
Unused merchandise with original packaging will be eligible for a full refund within 45 days of date of purchase. Hedgren reserves the right to approve all returns, and maintains the right to refuse returns if they do not comply with this policy.
Follow these steps to make a return:
- Securely repack your merchandise with original packaging.
- Enclose your original packing slip to ensure proper credit. Please keep a copy of your packing slip for reference.
- Go to ups.com and enter the tracking number from the original shipment into the Tracking Field.
- A page will appear, click the option “Return this Package”.
- Select the reason you want to return the product, enter your email address and click the “Submit” button.
- Print your UPS return label and affix it to the carton. Be sure to cover the original shipping label with the new one.
- Drop off your parcel at your nearest UPS location. You can locate this on the UPS website under the “Locations” tab.
- Your return will be processed within three business days upon receipt at our warehouse.
- Once the return is processed, your original payment method will be refunded for the cost of the product (original freight costs will not be refunded).
- If you would like to exchange your product, please follow this return process and place a new order on hedgren.com
- Refunds will be processed to the same form of payment you used for the original purchase after your returned merchandise is received and confirmed in new condition. Please allow standard processing times for refunds through your payment method provider.
